Kristian was the first chef to collaborate with the community organic farm Aarstiderne’s located outside Copenhagen.

For the chef the most important is not saying he owns a project, but to collaborate together at a community scale.

 

These shared values are an example:

It can build the foundation of our relationship with customers, farmers, chefs and all actors in the society. 

And we continue to grow and develop, rooted in these values.

 

Aarstiderne we work every day to restore the land. We cultivate the ground and raw materials at our farms. We make meals and develop recipes in our country kitchen on Krogerup breeding farm in North Zealand. And we pack the vegetables in our farm in Barritskov in Jutland and drive it all to your front door.
