Lovely memories of Farm of Ideas : it’s been a week and this day out in the Danish countryside is still fresh in my mind.
I am thinking of Christian Puglisi efforts to connect us again with the work of the farmers. It has to be celebrated as much as we can as it has to be a preview of the future of food. This marvellous day serves as a kind reminder of our responsibility in the choices of production and consumption.
World famous committed chefs like Sean Brock from Husk (USA), Esben Holmboe Bang from Maaemo (Norway) Matt Orlando from Amass Restaurant (Denmark) and Jock Zonfrillo from Orana (Australia) joined their forces and cooked a wonderful seasonal and local meal in the open barn kitchen.
