In Liernu , near Namur, there is l’Air du Temps.

The well known San Hoon Degeimbre has become a Belgian gastronomic reference thanks to his original and unique cuisine , the chef respects each product in its ” personality ” with great skill and daring.

With some food pairing , ultrasound, and lacto-fermentation , I felt enchanted and amazed by this high culinary experience. The dinner was perfectly “molecularly” balanced.

I love :

  1. The inventive, molecular and colourful cuisine ;
  2. The scented herbs water ;
  3. The menu Terroir Contemporain ( the only menu served on Friday and Saturday night ) ;
  4. The 5 guest rooms to rent if if you drank too much ;
  5. The cooking classes of the chef on Saturday afternoon.

I like a bit less :

The decoration a bit too cold for me.

The Foodalist ‘s tip : The place being very popular , you can try to book the guest table near the kitchen ( 4-8 people) at the last minute .
