Rue de Flandre, there is a lovely new restaurant: Gramm.
Opened by the same team as the creperie of the same street, Gramm has already seduced the Dansaert area.
Its “bistronomic” formula is indeed contemporary and the preparations of the self-taught chef Erwan Kenzo Nakata, half Japanese and half Breton, are promising.
No frills or unnecessary pretension in the plates, but only good and nicely matched products making a joyful and inventive Eurasian 5 course menu for a reasonable price (38 euros).
About its decoration, a huge neon in the window adds a touch of originality to the minimalist wooden decor inside.
