In Liernu , near Namur, there is l’Air du Temps.
The well known San Hoon Degeimbre has become a Belgian gastronomic reference thanks to his original and unique cuisine , the chef respects each product in its ” personality ” with great skill and daring.
With some food pairing , ultrasound, and lacto-fermentation , I felt enchanted and amazed by this high culinary experience. The dinner was perfectly “molecularly” balanced.
The decoration a bit too cold for me.
The Foodalist ‘s tip : The place being very popular , you can try to book the guest table near the kitchen ( 4-8 people) at the last minute .
