The whole dinner Vun Andrea Aprea was a mix of elegance et well balanced flavours, in sophisticated bites.
From the 80’s aperitif and its spritz explosion, the sweet and salty Caprese, and its foamy heart, this was on of the superb deserts made with the magic of lemon sensation.
